When mind blooms, we are Happy.
So, what makes us Happy? Is it mere fortune, that calorie count or a recreation in a resort?
In this materialistic life, we hold these standards in high regard, a traction for chaleur humaine, often thinking less about the fact that you would barely recognize the same people, if he or she does not hit a LIKE to your Instagram or Facebook post.
The situation is more grave. We have allowed social media to govern us in a way that we now click selfies or disturbing videos with the same ease and zest. There is nothing humane here. Its as if we are a mere piece of statutronic.
When things are so diabolical, where is the time to think, how to make our mind happy?
It is a static world that we have created, and not by chance. Dynamism was in our inner control during ancient times, when the only forces of problem was far external. Human minds were in control back then, and the trouble was governed by external forces.
Although, we say that the era of science is the worst, contrary to the common belief, it is the safest. We don’t have any external influences, but, our minds have become weak. Our safe haven has erased our innate nature of mindfulness, the very core of our existence.
So, how can we be happy?
The answer lies in meditation practices. Aligning ourselves with nature and practices that our ancestors have sown in us, needs to be respected.
Mind has a way on us, which we commonly refer to as a Monkey Mind. It plays and deals situations as if it wanted to be there, and more often, it likes to push-pull you in trouble, never ever sure of its own existence or reasoning.
A healthy mind recognizes this and observes it in silence. That is when, we know we are at peace. That is, when we know we are totally Happy.
